I even design my own prints. Right from logo layout.
Both design[ed] designs are knockoffs on top of knockoffs. I told you, I appreciate good forgery.
Because of the Fan Club fee, Iron M[]iden lose an avid buyer. I still buy but I buy elsewhere.
I checked just now and I found out that the shop is assessable again. I guess they came to their senses.
Kinda too late for me. I already bought my stock for the year.
Definitely, the quality is not the same as the original, but hey, I hope it will be a lesson to the marketing team; PROTECTIONISM DOESN'T WORK!

I have to admit that those shirts are hit-and-miss items. Which is fine for me to use for the next 10 years or so.

How have you been doing? I always wish you be in the best of health; especially now. This era we are living in now is known as the Time of Turbulence according to the renowned management guru, Peter Drucker. You either make it or you sink to the bottom.
I am writing to remind you of some fundamentals. The first is to hold on to cash as much as you can. The second one is to eat sensibly. Finally, the third is be ready for some rough rides ahead.

29/1/22 ***Mentally preparing for the next two months
I am not going to let the Metabolic Syndrome get the best of me:
You are diagnosed with metabolic syndrome if you have three or more of the following: A waistline of 40 inches or more for men and 35 inches or more for women (measured across the belly) A blood pressure of 130/85 mm Hg or higher or are taking blood pressure medications. A triglyceride level above 150 mg/dl.
There is plenty of biohacking that needs to be done before I can be up to speed with my 2 months of excursion.
Of the cuff, these are my strategy:
- Only drink water
- To bed by 9:30 pm
- Wake up by 4:30 am
- Hit the tarmac by 5:30 am
- Only eat dinner
- 30:30 x 3
- OMEH x 5

29/6/22 ^^^Eat, drink and be weary
I woke up at 6:00 am. But after an early morning durian, I decided to continue sleeping. Without my Kitty Kat Pet, there is no incentive.
I'm glad I had that sleep. I need it pretty badly.
I woke up again at 10.00 am sharp and found out it is Els' segment. Of course that makes my day.

Seriously, I got to have my house in order. As long as I don't regulate my sleep, movement, and meal, I am pretty fucked.
I will start with the afternoon walk, today.
The key is persistence.
I have to up the ante these next 2 months.
