Just flow. Once you are in the Thought Field, then you are already within the scope of Ai Chi. However, you need the Secure Attachment as the anchor.
To keep things simple I define the Thought Field as Consciousness or Universal Intelligence.

There were 4 RM1 notes scattered by my car as I walked out. The miracle? Nobody picked the notes, Far out!
