I was very sleepy after I had the 3-in-1 Coffee (can you imagine, insulin resistance).
So I decided to fight it with my 30:30 exercise routine. It worked. No more sleepiness.
I shall continue with 3 sessions today. Nope, I am so sleepy. I just do 1 session.
The rest is OMEH until 12:00 am.
I must persist. I feel lousy. Like a sack of potatoes. Even after OMEH, I feel like throwing up. My biggest enemy is me.
This is the 1st of the 3 months Statue of David. Next month[s] I have to do the 10 k Training again. The total is 2 months. I won's follow the paid program. I train until I can run for 1 hour. That is a total of 8 km per hour.
So it all depends on these few remaining days.
I have to make it to the Statue of David. Then only I run 11 km, Bukit Kiara. I'll do it with 2 months of training.
I alternate interval, tempo, and long run. So when I do tempo, I only do 30 minutes.

If I can concentrate on the training, the rest are clouds in the coffee.

Time to sleep. I am so sleepy. I'll adjourn at 9:30 pm.
In the meantime I listen to the classical music.
