29/1/22 ***Mentally preparing for the next two months

 I am not going to let the Metabolic Syndrome get the best of me:

You are diagnosed with metabolic syndrome if you have three or more of the following: A waistline of 40 inches or more for men and 35 inches or more for women (measured across the belly) A blood pressure of 130/85 mm Hg or higher or are taking blood pressure medications. A triglyceride level above 150 mg/dl.


There is plenty of biohacking that needs to be done before I can be up to speed with my 2 months of excursion.

Of the cuff, these are my strategy:

  • Only drink water
  • To bed by 9:30 pm
  • Wake up by 4:30 am
  • Hit the tarmac by 5:30 am
  • Only eat dinner
  • 30:30 x 3
  • OMEH x 5
