So I just mind my own business and don't care about what happens around me. That is what Cocooning is all about.
SAM is a good company but personally, a Warrior Walks Alone.
So in the end, I ramble *[to] to myself.
* I am not sure if this is an intervention. However, I take it as I see it. It could be the intervention of the Universe Within.

Today I walked inside the house, morning and evening. I even do stairs exercise.
I have to win over the chair. The chair is the enemy.
