 I woke up at 6:00 am this morning.  Seems like a good time to wake up regardless of the time I sleep.

Now is to exercise at 7:00 am.

  • Be on time
  • Have a plan
  • Go all out
  • Complete the routine
The chair is the enemy.

Started the Core Exercise.  
The performance was terrible.

I am going for the second round.
No mood
No!  I must persist.
