It may sound crazy but I need to get back to basics.
I cannot get [g]id (rid) of the itch, so I am now trying to manage the itchiness via the moisturizers.
The antihistamine is not working either.
I am trying to have a good time journaling.
What counts is I need to successfully deter the itch by whatever means.
