29/5/22 ^^^Time to aim for OMAD

 Plenty of coffee, please and keep on moving.

Satiety is a matter of conditioning.

Hunger will only last for every 5 minutes interval

I shall make today my OMAD day.

I need to sustain for 2 weeks to regulate my mitochondria.

I should put up a good fight once I DECIDED on AHAD and OMAD

The idea is to put up a good fight.

Illness and challenges cannot be avoided. I just learned that.  Next is to come up with a plan:

  • Be on time
  • Have a plan
  • Go all out
  • Complete the routine
Before I AHAD, I OMAD for a few days.

This can be done with consistency,  persistence, and perseverance.

There are 4 enemies:
  1. Weight
  2. Inflammation
  3. Itchiness
  4. Insomnia
