 This is the hour of the tiger.  It is when I am most alert.  Throughout the night I watched the various field watches.  In my conclusion, I already got the best 2:

• 7 years battery
• Rubber strap
• Military design
• Timer
• Stopwatch
• Digital/analog
• 5 Alarms
• The cheapest among my watches

The feeling is unsurpassed emotionally.  If I have to compare, then the feeling is equivalent to NOT SMOKING.

Nevertheless, if I stack my satisfaction, then I say Jazz Lounge is the glue that sticks the total satisfaction together.

I guess I am a self-sustaining person.  I can do away with excess.

Now comes the need to wear 2 watches again.  I call my 2 fantastic lineups Starski and Hutch.  I let go of Skipper.  That is the advantage of wearing a cheap watch.  It is disposable.

It is not my intention to write to anybody tonight.  So I just attend to the feeling of bliss all by myself.

Damn, this jazz is good.  Unlike the ones, they play on YouTube.

I'll have a round of hot tea.  It seems that the Jazz helps me in writing down my thoughts

Life is good.  If only I can remain isolated, I will be very happy indeed.

I got to cut sugar.  Sugar makes me itchy.  Right now, if I can stop Sugar and Flour, my life will be focused on the training.

As I come to the realization, I decided to do away with unnecessary technology; the bone-conducting technology and the GPS watch.  I had done away with fish oil and probiotics.  I do want to maintain the nutritional yeast though.

This Jazz Lounge is so intoxicating.

So what's it gonna be?  As for me, I start with Starsky and Hutch.  They look good together.

Among my 10 watches, 2 are giving me constant problems.  Both are the same problem.  Each with a battery life of one year.  I will decommission them.  Maybe not.  I just keep buying the batteries.

Let's wait for one cycle.  After that, I'll buy a Casio Solar.

I say let's wait for 14 years.  In the meantime, I utilize my collection.

Already,  I [I] am having Starski and Hutch for 7 years and 7 years to go.

I will be as minimalist as possible.

Let me gaze into the future.

For a start, I can live a very satisfying life just by listening to Jazz Lounge Malaysia.  It is so dopamine-inducing.

Secondly, I should hold on to my Nautica X collection for 14 years  So they should be decommissioned on 3/3/33.

Before anything else, I got to control my appetite.

This Jazz Lounge Malaysia is really fantastic. 

I should develop the joy of exercising.
