18/5/22 ^^^This is so close to success

 All I got to do is enjoy the physical activity by being immobile later on.  It is not so straightforward though.  Still, I can enjoy stillness while writing.

Write, then walk, then cool down,  All in 20 minutes intervals.

All these happen within the scope of the 20 minutes intervals.

After 20 minutes, I sit back and enjoy the cooling off.

So Sarah, this is the new routine.

Everyday I am doing my best to function as normal.
